We started Data Pro Solutions after watching too many qualified people get filtered out by resume screening software before a human ever read their experience.
Our Story
Ron spent 30+ years as a systems analyst, and Darlene spent 20 years as a data analyst — different systems, same skill: figuring out how something gets evaluated, then making sure it holds up under that evaluation. When friends and family kept asking for help getting their resumes past ATS software, they realized it was the exact same problem. That's why Data Pro Solutions exists.
How We Work
We don't use resume templates or generic AI-written bullet points. Every resume is rewritten from scratch, starting with what you actually did in each role, then structured so it reads clearly to both applicant tracking software and the hiring manager who sees it next. Ron and Darlene personally review every submission — no outsourced writers, no form-letter feedback.
